1. The forest park area of the capital is defined as lands within the territory of the capital that are intended for and perform protective, recreational and recreational functions.

2. The decision to establish and change the boundaries of the forest park area of the capital is made by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the recommendation of the local executive body of the capital.

3. On the lands of the forest park area of the capital, it is prohibited to carry out any activity that negatively affects the condition and restoration of the ecological system, plants, animals and other organisms, including grazing and driving of farm animals, storage of garbage, violation of soil cover, hunting, illegal trapping, seizure and killing of animals, violation of the environment and living conditions, other activities that may lead to a change in its natural appearance or a violation of the sustainability of ecological systems

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 296.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of functioning of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the legal, economic and organizational bases of its activities.
